can anyone help me please. I would love to purchase a double layered satin hood but cannot find one. Failing that is there anyone out there who can make them.

Hi, I like satin hoods as well, the only way to get a double sided hood is to make it yourself. They are dead easy to make, you can machine or hand sew them, make them from either new material or from a satin dress. Try making it safety pinned together to get the right fit then sew it up, you only have one seam to do and if you make a cock up of the job just pick it out and have another go. I find the thicker heavier satins feel better, I make the top of the hood rounded because it makes for a more snug fit across the face. Hope this info helps you.
