I will be visiting Kuala Lumpur in September. Does anyone have recommendations on where to shop for satin baju kurung (new or used)? I'm a westerner from San Francisco, CA. I love the satins from the 90s as I feel the quality is much highers and I still have pajamas, blouses and skirts that look great even though they are 30 years old. I will be shopping with my wife - who also loves satin clothing. We both love long flowing silky garments, so modest clothing would be of interest to us. All advice would be very helpful.
