Several People Can't Join?

Several people are trying to join this forum, but are unable because of the question asked at the beginning. They have told me that, regardless of what choice they make, they still get no further.
Can anybody help, with this? What should these folks do to become members?

I had the same problem, I contacted the site to ask for help and, if I remember correctly the answer to the two website question was. Mysatin.com and satinplay.com. Hope this helps.

Just figured it out leave off .com from the website to register. So:

Very difficult time joining!
The Typing for answering the questions had to be perfect.-
