Yes, that one is amazing~as the title, all dresses i uploaded were hand-made dresses, the lady in the picture is from eastern Europe, but i think any tailer could do it, it is not as complicated~the hardest part is to find your favorite fabric, then just find a tailer in your local area, get the work done for you
