Pencil skirts can look great, provided they're not too long.
I prefer skirts like those, above, on women, because those gorgeous skirts don't stop moving when the Lady in my life stops moving, and that's a very sexy thing to see happening. Also, when the Lady in the A-Liners turns, the beautiful flared skirts get even flared-ier!
My own is No 2.

i being born in a country which is very MUSLIM oriented and being brainwashing about MODESTY made me grew liking straight pencil shaped more than A flared
because i grew in around community of MUSLIM girl in their MODESTY version of pencil skirts
they do have their own A LINERS but it wasnt as nice as their own pencil skirts definitely
