Is this a Satin Pillow??

I seen this video today, where this guy shoots through the pillow! Warning, it is one of those sex noise prank videos so keep the volume down! But I was intrigued by the pillow. Looks like an actual silky/satin pillow, without a case on it, as you can even see the label on the pillow so you know it doesn’t have a case over it.
