Desperately seeking member woolcoatdreamer

Can anyone help?
I’m desperately trying to get in touch with the member “woolcoatdreamer”.
Have been PM’ing him all last week, but now I can’t PM.
When i try to PM him on here, I get the following message:-
Some users couldn’t be added as they have disabled private message receipt.
Anyone know why I get this message? System message, message box full? Can you actually disable PM receipts, and if so how?
Anyone know woolcoatdreamer?
Any help would be appreciated
