I tried one of these a while ago, good design but poor quality polyester satin would be much better in acetate even though it is dry clean only.

Try the URL under the photo. If it doesn't work, search " Padded Sleeve Satin Sissy Panties" or the "choice_joy" ebay store. They have a lot of satin panty/sleeve/etc items.
