Thinking about providing a satin haven to rent

Hi all,
I've chatted to a few of you and posted some pics of my satin bedroom with satin billowing from the ceiling and walls, with a deep soft satin bed in the middle of the room.
I also have a decent collection of satin gowns, dresses and wedding dresses. Not as much as some of you, but a growing wardrobe.
I'm wondering what the response would be if I rented my satin room out for people to come and dress up in all my stuff and/or bring your own. Maybe charge a fee for a min of 1.5hrs. So maybe $50 for first timers for 1.5hrs. Then $100 for 3?
I'm in Australia so all you USA and UK people will have to travel!
What issues do you see with this and what rules would be sensible to put in place? Also my home is a family home half the time, so that's a consideration.
