Why do you consider that a "waste" ?? Who knows what other future that dress may or may not have had ?? At least it was used for another person's enjoyment, and not left hanging in a closet, right ?!?!? Who are any of us on here to decide what is right or wrong anyway ?!?

Ruining something pretty like this beautiful dress is indeed a waste. I don't understand why people like to do that, just like I don't understand vandalism.

To me there is no wrong or right to how anyone treats their satins
I face the dilemma every time I purchase a gown from ebay or a
charity shop as to wether I should keep it or trash it.Sometimes I want to keep it
as long as possible then in a sudden urge i want and do trash it only to regret it after
I have dresses that have survived for years that for no more reason than I truly
like it,while others have only lasted weeks or days
Enjoyment of the item is the important part, how you enjoy it is your choice
They are only clothes after all and people are employed to make them so it could be seen as
trashing clothes keep people in a job(now that's got to be good)
