Does your Mom or any of your female friends have anything silky that you could steal and enjoy until you get money or a credit card? If not, I'd say wait until you get a job or a credit card. Hopefully you have some silky things hidden away that you can have fun with until then. I wouldn't recommend telling your Mom about your fetish at all. It's definitely made things weird between my Mom and I...but after years of thinking I was gay or a crossdresser, I just told her it enhanced "guy-time" and that it felt good and I buy them from hot chicks who wore them and fantasize. Weird convo to have with my Mom, but yeah...

What you could do and wouldn't arouse too much suspicion from your mom is to go to your local fabric store and buy a meter or two of some nice satin fabric. If your mom ever found the fabric she might raise an eyebrow but then she wouldn't think her son is a crossdresser. You can just say it's for a cape you're making for a costume party.

I used to buy a few satin shirts from ebay but with satin fabric from a fabric store you get brand new material and you know where it's been. It's a lot more cost effective and you can have a few different pieces of fabric to mix it up. Definitely look for acetate satin! Best satin for cock rubbing!lol Doesn't machine wash that well but it's worth it!

Could you get a prepaid debit card; maybe tell your Mum you just want it to buy the odd thing online?
There are a few virtual pre-paid cards online e.g. https://www.entropay.com/ which I've used on sites I don't fully trust - or to keep things off my usual card statement!
Then: for delivery: I can recommend http://my.bybox.com/
You get a delivery address in Coventry.. they then re-deliver it to a secure locker near you (most of them are on Sainsbury's car parks).. they text you a pin number the day before - you just go to the locker, put the pin in and get your stuff.
Both these techniques keep it under the radar!
Oh yeah: I'm assuming you're in the UK!

If you think about being naked with your own silk satin gown you will find a way. But don't tell your mom.

No, do not tell your mom. She will disapprove, she will not understand, and she'll be worrying for many years. Don't!
You could try to find a mail order seller who can offer an alternative way of delivery, e.g. pick-up by customer. Or just buy in a shop, maybe in the next town where no one wil recognize you. Do you know of a charity shop?
When I was young I found a lot of pleasure in "borrowing" a garment or three from mom, auntie or another woman, also... OK, stealing - from washing lines.
Good luck!
I'm sure yoy'll have many good satin moments in your life
