Alterations

I've brought another sexy silk ballgown that is in a size 12 and won't fit. I want to make it into a skirt like I did with a few others but don't live near the shop I used to take them to anymore. Anyone know of a dressmaker or alteration service that you can send by mail or that is good for cross dressers?
