I was wondering, has anyone ever complimented a woman on a certain attractive outfit she was wearing in a public place such as in a store or walking down the street ? There are times when I would see a woman in a beautiful dress. Sometiems satin and wanted to tell her how attractive she looked. I haven't because it seems nowadays people are leery of someone who does that...like they're trying to come on to them. I'm not saying all women are like that, maybe their not. I just haven't taken a chance to find out by complimenting her. What does everyone think? Thank you.

Never to a woman I don't already know but I think a few have caught me letching though

I find British women do not like wearing satin much, it is very rare in my area in the North East. I also find that for some reason they don't really like complements, they can be very strange at times.
