It's Monsoon "Fifi" silk satin cocktail dress. I've wanted one ever since I was out in Newcastle a few years ago on a New Years eve and saw a girl out on the town wearing one. That's something I never considered, and the next time I go to my local goodwill, I will try to see about getting a peek at the damaged goods not fit for sale. I'm sure they will be happy to assist.
