I made it myself. I literally layered pure silk with a satin finish (12 momme) one side facing out and the other in, so I can feel the smooth side against my skin. I've made lots of clothes for myself. I'm currently using an acetate/viscose fabric that is normally used for coat linings. It's fairly heavy when it's new but gets softer when it's been cleaned and ironed. Really soft and silky but with a beautiful glossy finish. Same as in the photo below which I'm wearing today with the satin skirt.
