Hey there! Starting here shortly, I figured I'd start to post about 3 pics on here every so often of what I have in my collection. Just to warn you guys that most of them resemble the Marilyn Monroe halter dress because they all have a full skirt. Now I know, Freddielinton, that you don't like pure silk satin but you know me...though they are still in the satin collection universe! Hope you don't mind though!

Since it's been a while since anyone shared anything on this topic...now that it's a 'sticky' topic...heh heh...I figured that I'd share a recent acquirement of a pure silk satin dress that I have just recently bidded on and purchased...for $1.00!!!! Basically the cheapest one I've bought since I started collecting these silk dresses in this style! I can't wait for it to arrive! I'll share a photo of it here when it gets here!

The info I got on it was that it was worn at a tango event for an hour and then was put away ever since. No cleaning for it as there was no need! Good news on that end! Hope it's as in great condition as they claimed! That's a real steal and I'm glad I got it for that price!

This one is my favorite taffeta gown of all!! It is the heaviest watermarked taffeta gown I've ever seen, and makes the most wonderful rustling sound ever. Feels soooo good against bare skin. I got this beauty off Ebay a few years ago, and the seller claims she wore it to her prom. I wouldn't have been able to keep my hands off of her!!

The black silk satin dress I got for a $1.00 final bid plus ship has arrived and as promised, a photo of it freshly steamed out from the package! I can upload the photo before I steamed it out if you like?

Also, I got this white silk dress here not too long ago as well as I thought I'd share a photo of that too! It has several mishaps to it so I'm hoping the cleaners could get them out. You might not be able to see them, but it is kind of noticeable at the bottom of the skirt. Though it'll be perfect for future photoshoots for slim models as it's a US size 0, so any petite cuties could have their own "Marilyn" moment with it! I might have it shot but I'm still debating on that as sometimes with white/off-white dresses, they tend to get unlucky...just hope that the lipstick doesn't get on it if they do wear it...or anything else for that matter.
