That's a real fur coat. I would tear out the lining and then take it to someone and have a new acetate satin lining put in and start all over.

I must say that I had never really considered satin lined coats until quite recently and in poarticular satin lined fur coats which are very stimulating.
As you say, there are quite a few on eBay for sale and I suspect that as real fur is now non PC there may be a few up for grabs.
