Those of you based in the UK will know how appalling the recent weather has been. However, it gave me an exciting opportunity! After dark in my private garden, out I went, wearing nothing but pure silk into the heavy rain and gusty wind. Yes I did - its beautiful. Wet silk in itself doesn't turn me on - it's just wearing pure and precious silk out in weather elements with the silk blown and billowing around you. I guess its part of the whole 'using silk in a way it wasn't originally intended for' thing. Expensive, precious silk was not 'meant' for wearing out on nasty wet, windy winter nights!
