Definitely a short satin nightdress/chemise when the hot summer nights, like the others have suggested. Talking about wearing satin int he cold. I stayed in a hotel in the US about a month ago for a work trip, and the A/C there was really strong. I'm not used to air conditioning like that, but I kept it on a cold setting, put on my satin boxers, long-sleeve pajamas, and the satin robe I brought with me, and just enjoyed the chilly room. I ended up sleeping amazingly in that outfit. At home, I often find it too cold and I don’t even have an A/C, so I should definitely invest in one.

I let him in, and I literally saw him glance at my outfit from head to toe without saying anything. Even more exciting, a couple around their 40s or 50s who I think were staying a few rooms down walked by and saw me fully dressed like that. They looked at me but didn’t seem to care. Anyway, I tipped the guy and thanked him while he was still standing in the room. My heart was racing, but it was a lot of fun.

The next day, before heading out for work, I laid the full outfit out on the bed, just threw it on there so it was a bit chaotic. When I got back that evening, the hotel staff had neatly made the bed and folded my pajamas and robe on top exactly how I hoped it would be. I felt kind of excited they found the outfit. Probably super normal for them, but it was a little thrilling for me. I fantasized what they thought or did with it, but probably nothing.

On the last day, while I was checking out, the guy who had delivered my meal walked behind the reception desk. I’m not usually someone who wears things like that, so maybe it left an impression or raised some questions. I might have imagined it, but I thought I caught him doing a double take. I smiled and said hi. He kept walking and, as far as I could tell, didn’t say anything back, but I probably caught him off guard or he was in a hurry delivering another meal to someone with a plan hehe. He seemed friendly though! So no hard feelings.
