Fighting with the seller over this one. I won the dress fair and square for mad cheap, and of course I get a message right after I win saying "Sorry I meant to have the price higher blah blah blah I have to cancel this transaction". To which of course the seller refunded my money. I cancelled the seller's request to cancel, because I'm tired of this bullshit. I paid for the item again and played some real Darth Sidious shit on the seller. I said, "I have paid via Paypal because that is my duty, just as selling items won (No matter the price) is yours. If you refund my payment or re-list the dress, you leave me no choice but to report you to eBay for "Non-Performing Seller" and "Item Not Received", as well as Negative Feedback and Seller Ratings. And believe me, that's much worse than letting the dress go for the amount that it did. Take the loss and learn from it. Let me know when you have shipped. Thank you." Just so sick and tired of sellers doing this shit, and I've had enough. I am in control here so that seller better fucking ship MY DRESS or they will suffer the consequences. I don't care what you say; when you become a seller on eBay, you agree to a legally-binding contract. If you needed to change the price of the auction, you could have done so until 24 hours before the auction ended. Once the auction ends, it ends; for whatever price that may be. The buyer must then pay, and the seller must then ship. Follow the god damn rules! >:O
