My experience with Shein has definitely been a mixed bag. I've bought the exact same style twice, but the satin material was different in the two dresses... But the good thing about Shein is the free return, so I can just order a bunch of different pieces and return whatever I don't like

Do we need to pay for return?
The first batch of returns for each order is free. So if you buy 5 pieces and return 3 of them together, it's free. But if after a week, you decide to return another 1, then that return is payable.

My shein was okay. I bought a few from zalora no returns. As for shein, one dress had some minor scratch, 2 or 3 small scratch, shein gave me refund full instead.
