Wedding Dress Heaven (and all legal)

Post by Bridalfun »

Just had to post this topic.
Bridalfun as you know is a lover of Wedding Dresses, wearing, wanking and fucking them.

In my professional capacity in the U.K property world, I am often called upon to "forfeit" leases of shops and premises and to distrain and seize goods for non payment of rent etc. Forfeiture allows a Landlord to go in to premises very early, change the locks and demand payment off all rent arrears and then release keys to the Tenant. Normally I deal with warehouses and corner stores.

HOWEVER today guess what, a client rang me about a modest arrear of a shop in Surrey, what shop I enquired. The Answer "a Wedding Dress and Bridal Gown Store". Immediately I instructed Bailiffs tonight to forfeit the lease and change the locks with specific instructions not to seize any stock and give me the keys. This has been done and I am told the shop is jam packed with bridal gowns.

So, tomorrow I am legally entitled on behalf of my Landlord Client to enter the premises (the alarm having been disabled) with keys to "take an inventory" and in default of payment, end the lease. I am in no doubt that the owner will pay off the rent, BUT for the next 24 hours I am properly entitled to go in there and take an inventory behind closed doors. So from 8.00am till 5.00pm tomorrow I shall be alone in a Bridal Salon behind closed doors full of wedding gowns. You can imagine what inventory I shall take.

Sadly the owner will be back in possession soon but I have made provision for a days inventory, alone. PURE HEAVEN!!

You're are going to be like a kid in a candy store. The only thing that I could think of that would be better than to be locked up in a bridal store would be to be locked up in a fur store.
