Worked in a dry cleaners for a while and always used to try any hot dresses or skirts that I saw! If I worked until close I would always be on my own so I could go through everything that had come in.
This time of the year when it's all proms, balls and weddings was definitely the best!
Oh yes, I worked at a dry cleaners in the mid '80's for a couple of years after school, this is how I discovered taffeta. I didn't mind closing because I could have my way with the gowns/dresses that were dropped off that day. Prom season and homecoming were the best, and oh the scent that was left on some of these garments!!!
