Does body shape matter?

Post by MsInstinct »

I'm not trying to start a debate.

But I'm not a slim woman, I'm a little over weight. I stand at 5'7, size 16 and I'm flat on top. I enjoy satin play but feel like crap because my body isn't as tight or as good looking as it should be (having a c section ruined my tummy)

I love entertaining my husband with satin. I always come off feel unsexy because of the state of my body. He never fails to get a hard on for me and loves it when I wear satin. I always get a good seeing to (multiple times 2-3 times in a sitting)

I do know when it comes to kinks it's the item or their body part of choice is what matters. For example feet lovers don't care about boobs or curves just the look of the feet, the veins (for some) and the toes. I have had my fair few feet lovers In my time. Satin is a new thing and I'm still trying to understand it.

Does the body of the person who wears the satin matter?

I think everyone has thier own personal taste.
Personally for me, no.
Although I have an image of an ideal woman, everybody is different. That's what's great about life.

Body shape has nothing to do with anything; I would say it's all about attitude & feeling sexy, you're husband it clearly thrilled with the way you are & what you are doing so why worry?
What type of satin things do you wear, because the beauty of satin is it looks sexy on any body shape.

I tend to wear nighties the short ones and always in black (his favorite color). He loves that a lot so he does get hard for me.

I wouldn't wear something that was tight or that was unflattering. I know satin can be an unforgiving fabric.

Fair enough, I was so used to being with feet lovers I didn't know if there was a protocol to satin lovers

Body shape has no bearing whatsoever to satin fetishism..its purely about the fabric itself...how it looks, how it feels..we all have our preferences to what satin and silk is made into...but all share a fascination with its power to excite, the voyeur and wearer alike...think less of your body image and understand that men and some women go completely bonkers when in the presence of this light shimmering soft material...and if you're boyfriend, girlfriend, or partner enjoys you wearing it or enjoys wearing themselves....the sex can be intense

That makes me feel better it isn't about the body more about the fabric.

I love to see the reaction I get when I do wear the satin for my husband. As you said the sex can be intense, it very intense when I have my nightie on. I do get off on that, also I like the shine of the satin also. It feels classy.

For me, in a way, it partially has to do with the type of woman I like, I'm bisexual (male, just to help you follow me clearer! ;) ), but satin on a man wouldn't likely turn me on, because I see it as a very feminine thing, though I do like my feminine guys, so there is that loooool!!!

On a woman, I like girls that are slimmer, so people that are, in a way, much larger than average, to very obese, the satin wouldn't turn me on, because (And yes, I do feel guilty about this) it kinda makes me feel disgusted. Not that the person's "fat" (as some would call it), but the largeness allows for many things to grow in crevices (like sweat and bacteria) etc. and I like clean satin as opposed to, used or dirty satin, so the more likely someone is kinda sweat in it, for it to be out of shape, for it to look worn or used, the less likely I am to like it. It's why I hate seeing loads of make-up on collars because it makes me feel disgusted.

It's not that I only like new satin, hell no, my greatest fantasies are all about using other people's things, and their best clothes, usually involving satin dresses and linings, and silk scarves and panties and what not.

But when it's all shiny and sheer and looks well looked after, it makes it that much more prized by the owner, and the fun for me comes from kinda violating that by wanking with the satin or the garment, because that alone kinda ruins the clothing and semen doesn't come out.

There's a whole load of other stuff around it, namely dirty talk but that's not relevant.

So, would body shape matter?

To an extent, yes.

If the girl is very feminine, very elegant looking, and she's wearing satin, I'm probably going to get hard in seconds.

Average sized women are fine for me, but people that are really skinny would turn me off, because I'm not attracted to them, with or without the satin, and like PLUS average (as opposed to people with a bit of belly fat or whatever) women would turn me off the same.

But that's not really about the satin, that's about the fact that the satin is more attractive if I'm attracted to the person that's wearing it. If I'm not attracted to that person, or I'm not at least, not repulsed because that's the wrong word, but turned away by them, then I probably won't use it.

It's one of the reasons why I don't use black people's stuff, because I'm black and I find it hard to be attracted to black people.

Plus, because of the darkness of our skin, clothing is more likely to show up dirty than it is on white people.

But that's not relevant either.

Sorry, I ramble.

Hope that helped. :)

For me, it does matter. That's because I'm shallow and picky. I prefer teen girls. Since I'm 30 and can't land a girl my own age let alone a hot teen, the only way I can get away with this is with a sex doll in the future.

Nighties are hugely sexy, especially short ones....and black, could there possibly be a more sexy colour!!? I'm sure you look incredibly hot in your nighties, I've never met you or know what you look like but the thought of a girl in a short black silky nighty is getting me fired up!!

I've enclosed pix of one of my ex girlfriends. She was lovely, she liked wearing sexy lil nighties too and wasn't the slimmest girl in the world, but she still looked incredibly sexy.

It did and didn't help. Im of Filipino decent but born in the west. So yes I'm naturally tan. I've actually got a cute girl next door type of face. But that's besides the point.

I've never had to worry about body shape since most of the guys that used to like me were leg and feet guys (I have fairly nice legs and strong thighs - Good for smothering a man with)

The satin thing is pretty new to me. So I'm trying to learn as much as possible

Each to their own, I personally tend to go for guys who are younger than me with decent bodies. My husband is 9 years younger and has a great toned body. I'm 38 but my Filipino genetics does age me. I look younger than my husband

Good on ya mate...way to demoralize a woman who may not be your ideal body shape....she enjoys wearing it to excite her husband...get it? her husband, he obviously loves her body shape.. and satin only enhances the erotica of a pleasurable time between two lovers...My partner is a large woman...very curvy with very large boobs, some belly and a big beautiful jiggly bottom..In essence shes a BBW (for the less informed or ignorant Big Beautiful Woman),,,she looks magnificent in satin and often wears it, not just for bedroom antics, but while we're out together..she knows how much I enjoy the look of satin..that shiny lustre.. the drape of the fabric over her large curves...and gets quite a few looks too from both men and women when in satin...something that pleases me too......
sorry to say but a debate has started..but then this is a forum, and most usually debates are in forums...
And did you ever hear about an invention called a shower...to remove sweat and bacteria...Now I 'm not being racist here,, but were I live we have many Africans (blacks) quite often recent arrivals to this great nation...but one thing they seem to have in common is...they have no idea what the shower in the bathroom is there for...and body odour can be quite repugnant and they're not all overweight people either...even the tall Sudanese and Ethiopians make you choke with their distinctive unwashed body aroma

That's rather nice. Seeing that I'm not the only big girl who enjoys satin and enjoys wearing it for her husband. As for my hygiene I have impeccable hygiene, I dress smart all the time and and look better than a lot of other women who are my age and younger.

I didn't want to start a debate I was just trying to sound out what satin fetishist are.

I do come from a kink background, mainly the bdsm stuff... Domme exploits.

I had to learn what I needed to do to make the experiences for both myself and the sub. Coming here wasn't about debate it was more of a fact finding mission.

I'm not used to wearing satin (even though I enjoy it) I'm more geared up for the guy who like feet and legs... or the guy who wants to be humiliated also the occasional guy who wanted to wrestle or get a carry and lift. My body didn't matter it was my strength, presence and the look of specific body parts. But that's something else.
