Buying clothes from sites like ebay, how do you do it?
Buying clothes from sites like ebay, how do you do it?
Hi to all the forum members!
I had a question about buying clothes from sites like ebay.
Sometimes when I see clothes I like to buy, there are no pictures of the women or girl wearing it. How can I ask the woman or girl to wearing it and make photo's for me?
And when you buy something, do you have many contact with the girl or woman by mail or only a few important messages and paying the item?

I say it depends on the kind of item. If it's more intimate, I doubt many will send you pictures of themselves wearing the item. Dresses are perfect because 99% of the time they'll send you pictures. Just message the seller and ask to see more pictures of the item being worn, and to send them to your email. It's easy.

I do it all of the time. When I see a ladies coat for sale that I'm interested in on Ebay and they haven't posted a picture of the lining I will email or message them and ask them to email me a picture of the lining. sometimes they email me a picture or message me and tell me that they will post additional pictures. I learned early on that some ladies expensive coats can have crappy cheap taffeta linings. I only like nice satin linings. If they want to sell bad enough they will comply with your wishes. I have bought a lot of ladies coats satin gowns and bridal gowns on Ebay. I have also found that if you don't win the bid or if the bidding gets to high, that sooner or later someone will be selling another one just like it in your price range.

I have bought several dresses off ebay, but have I never asked the seller to pose them. Very seldom do have any questions to ask either. It isn't necessary for me to see the seller wearing it as I buy the dress to cum on and I imagine my own scenarios about who is wearing it as I do. I have seen some pics of the woman wearing a few of them though and sometimes they don't do the dress justice
Otherwise, I have been very happy with ebay purchases !!

Greetings Satin Lovers; I also have no qualms about purchasing from ebay or even Craigslist. I'm not real keen on clothes anymore but have purcased silk pajamas and satin nightgowns off ebay as well as a lot of satin sheets sets, both on ebay and Craigslist. In fact I am expecting a silk sheet set from Craigslist this week. Cum on satin lovers!!! Cheers. Scintilla is Satin is Scintilla

Hi there!
Absolutely no problem whatsoever from sellers, in general.
I am more drawn - as I'm sure a lot of members on this board are - to items that are being worn in the pictures too, although perhaps for an additional reason other than the fetish side and that is because I'm also a CD'er so I do like to see what the item looks like on. Naturally I really enjoy using and abusing things too, but I tend to buy different items for different reasons. Put another way, although I have a few prom dresses, and have played with or worn them, I've not got them messy.... yet! I buy blouses or nighties or similar for those duties.
So, the short answer is as long as you don't come across as pervy then most sellers are happy to send pics. Like Freddielinton, I would say something innocent like he suggested, which 9 times out of 10 will get you what you want. It works for me, too, so just go for it; there is nothing wrong in asking. If it was a car or a TV or a cooker or something like that you wouldn't be afraid of asking for additional pics. Mind you, I don't suppose I'd ask a female seller to send me pictures of her using her cooker I guess, but you get what I mean, I'm sure!?
OT, but tenuously related: I have another fetish - for long hair. There are loads of sites devoted to it. It's like satin in a lot of respects - long shiny hair is amazing - silky!! Anyhooooo, years ago there used to be a site called 'hairtrader' where women specifically sold their hair prior to having it cut to sell. I can tell you that some of those auctions went for thousands, and not all to people who just wanted to create stuff like hair-pieces or wigs out of the hair; a lot were serious 'collectors', like we are to satin, and some would pay huge dollar for what they wanted. It was a site where you could contact the seller. I had a copy-paste enquiry I would fire to about 20 sellers a week, and 3/4 of the time, I would get sellers respond with pics to my email. The other 1/4 would be a combination of no answer, or pretty much "fuck off you perv - I've had a billion requests for pics"
Back on topic, eBay is a LOT easier and you'll have a better hit rate when it comes to pics of modelled clothes. I'm often please when the seller only has small pictures; that is an easy in for requests of larger/different versions of the pics!

Huh...I have purchased a few dresses on ebay that I would like to have seen on the woman, but I've never considered asking for pics....for my purposes, it seems sort of redundantshinysatinlover wrote:Hi there!

Yeah - I do get what you mean. For me the pics add a dimension although I'd most certainly get by without them toosatinstainer wrote: Huh...I have purchased a few dresses on ebay that I would like to have seen on the woman, but I've never considered asking for pics....for my purposes, it seems sort of redundantI have bought a couple from craigslist though and some of the sellers became part of the dress fantasy
I wonder if any of them ever imagined that happening

Now, I have bought stuff from a couple of girls on Southern Charms before and actually had a really nice SC girl here in the UK send me stuff.... ooh about 4 or 5 times I guess. She had about 400 photosets so I would scan through those and ask to buy the satin stuff that interested me. Once I had made initial contact, we struck up an innocent but but naughty on-line/e-mail convo and we used to share stories. I guess I had made 2 or 3 emails before asking her about selling her stuff. She was really flattered, as IMHO she was gorgeous, I told her so, and asked if I could buy things that she'd worn in her sets. Eventually I opened up a lot more about what I wanted them for, and you know what? It feckin turned her on, which then turned me on, and yadayadayada... lol. It was just a bit of fun. We talked about anything and everything. She knew I cross-dressed and merely thought the satin-fetishism was part and parcel of that. Mind you, the last time I purchased from her was a bit awkward as my Wife intercepted a parcel of 3 worn satin blouses, which were smothered in perfume, lol. I just made the excuse that they obviously couldn't be bothered to wash them, so she stuuck them straight in the feckin wash... dagnabbit!!
RE hair. I have no idea what they did with it. I couldn't have afforded to spend 500-3000 on hair, but I still asked for pictures,

How was it delivered...just a bag of hair, or ??Asking for pics is no biggie - more-so if the seller is that way inclined... like: "well worn..... blah blah" in the auction listing. I don't buy much of those though - too expensive on the whole.

I also bought a good few lots from SatinDreamGirls (via eBay) when that satin site was running. My point is, I have the items and I have the photosets from those that I mentioned. Looking at a girls pics whilst abusing her clothes AND her knowing what you are doing, is pretty intense!

RE hair. I have no idea what they did with it. I couldn't have afforded to spend 500-3000 on hair, but I still asked for pictures,I do know that the seller mostly sold it tied up, like a cut-off pony tail. I have this thing where I love my Wife draping her long soft silky hair over my body. The smell of it - the feel of it... drives me insane it does. Very much like silky satin, ya see!!?
It's another fetish of mine. My ex-gf used to give me hair-jobs, wrapping her long long shiny hair around my shaft and teasing my balls with it until I shot into her hair. That used to give me intense toe cramps, lol. There are plenty of hairjob vids about and hair play is a pretty big thing and there are many sites devoted to it. Someone who likes hair, with regard to asking sellers for pictures, would want say; hair over face, pics of the underneath at neckline, up-do or ponytail pics. Face pics are not required, so the sellers are more inclined to acquiesce and asking for them was easy given that they were selling and only had to forward pics they must have sent to 5 interested parties and 95 pervs, lol.
Anyhoooo - way off-topic, but if you like silky-satin, you can't help but like long long hair teasing your body.
That's really cool that you got that sort of rapport going with that girl !! Does she know you cum on her clothes ?? That has kind of been a fantasy of mine....to show a seller her dress covered with cum stains, or tell her what the dress was gonna be used for
